Beer's Here

Some of us arrived at Castroville on the 27th. Jim Huff came all the way into San Antonio to pick up Airlee at the airport and transport him back to Castroville. Airlee did not stay up too long but John and Larry did. The following morning Larry, John, and Airlee went into Castroville for breakfast. Larry and John were determined to get some Pabst Blue Ribbon beer because that was the only kind of beer Jim Huff would drink. It must be a Missouri thing. Anyway, John and Larry canvassed every store in Castroville but could find no Pabst Blue Ribbon beer. On the way back to the Alsatian Inn they saw the local Lone Star Distributing Company. They decided to check in with them and see if they had any Pabst. They did but advised John and Larry that they could not sell to them directly. Lone Star said that they would deliver an adequate supply of Pabst to one of the local establishments and then call the Alsatian Inn to advise them where to go for the Pabst. When they got back to the motel there was a message and John said to Larry, "Beer's Here!"

Here is John showing the Larry the message. They immediately got into Larry's rented automobile and proceeded to the store and filled up the trunk with Pabst Blue Ribbon beer. On the way back to the Alsatian they stopped in at the Lone Star Distributor and advised them that they probably ought to deliver some more beer to the store where where they had just come.
