Anthony J. Sichenzia, 61, of Centre Hall died Friday, Jan. 6, 2001, at Centre Community Hospital in College Township.
Born Nov. 18, 1939, in Queens, N.Y., he was the son of Anthony J. and Mildred J. Allgaier Sichenzia. On Dec. 7, 1963, he married Maureen Priestley, who survives at home.
For 20 years he served as a master sergeant with the Air Force, including service during the Vietnam War.
He was a program manager with Raytheon for 20 years and for the past 1 ½ years he was an independent consultant for the U.S. Department of Defense.
He was a member of Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks 1600 in State College.
He was an avid golfer, fisherman and woodworker.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter Toni-Laine Lundy of State College; a son, Maj. Paul G. of Escondido, Calif., two sisters, Brenda Sichenzia in New York and Cynthia E. Zarcadoolas in Georgia; and two grandchildren.
Visitation and a memorial service will be private, held at the convenience of the family at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton St., State College.
